I just wanted to share how impressed I was at the staff at Comfort Suites (3901 SW 117th Avenue, Miami, FL) during our recent stay.  Everyone was friendly, professional and efficient.  I was especially delighted to meet the manager, Ernesto Vaca.  He greeted us as we entered and made us feel right at home!  He offered many of the hotel services to us and introduced his front desk staff.  Very impressive.

 

Whenever I am in the Miami area and am in need of a great hotel, I will certainly stay here again and again.  I am a Choice Member since 2001 and of all the Comfort Suites I have visited, this one is the BEST.

 

Thanks for all you and your staff do for us road warriors!

Hi Wendy, Silvia, Judy, and Masha: Yesterday morning, the day of my taping at FIU, we (the hotel) had called a cab for me at 7:30. But, despite several calls, no one showed up. Ernesto Vaca – their Director of Sales and Marketing, was amazing! He drove me in his own car (BMW I might add) for a smooth personalized ride to get me on time.
